DESCRIPTION OF THE PROGRAM
LOSS PREVENTION & SECURITY OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT is one of the four specialised verticals in the Corporate Security Management Program Series. It consists of 2 Certificates training program covering different components and facets of the loss prevention and security operations perspective.
Certificate in Physical Security & Operations Management covers the scope of engaging and managing man, machine and method (3M) in combination with guns, gates and guards (3G). It will also discuss the entire spectrum of physical security features across an establishment (factory, manufacturing site, and warehouse). The training will unfold how security operations will assimilate policies and procedures towards effective and efficient security operations.
Certificate in Loss Prevention Management looks into Risk Awareness, Risk Assessment and Risk Management. With focus into Loss Prevention at different sectors: Manufacturing, Warehouses, Shipping Companies, Logistics Companies, Transport Companies, Banking Finance Sector and Hotel Industry.
The completion of all 2 certificates unfolds the strengthened competency of the supply chain security portfolio and with successfully passing the test and completing the prescribed assignment, you acquire the Specialist status thus leading you to be designated as Certified Loss Prevention & Security Operations Specialist by CiiSCM carrying the credential CLPOS to your name.

CERTIFICATE IN PHYSICAL SECURITY & OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
SYNOPSIS OF THE PROGRAM
The Security Operations Management section will cover the scope of engaging and managing man, machine and method (3M) in combination with guns, gates and guards (3G). The generics of security operations, security organizational hierarchy, security operations budgeting and operations strategies will be discussed.
Understanding the different threats, challenges and constraints in different businesses will mould the right elements of security operations management. Engagements that will mitigate the threats and challenges that exist in security operations will be dealt with.
The participants will understand the scope of security operations management beyond the managing of security officers, guarding services, control centres, access and barrier controls, managing visitors, vendors and contractors.

SYNOPSIS OF THE TRAINING
The Loss Prevention Management component will discuss Loss Prevention as of today and into the future: challenges and threats, with a deep dive into how the security professionals of today and tomorrow are going to face this status. The training will cover Risk Awareness, Risk Assessment and Risk Management. Risk Base Approach towards effective Loss Prevention at different sectors of business and industry will be dealt with.
The trainer will dwell into the different spectrums of Loss Prevention Programs across various establishments, facilities and sites.
